Refund policy
We hope you adore your new jewelry, but if it’s not exactly what you expected, we’re here to help with store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition
- Include the original packaging
- Come with proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or order number)
How to Start a Return:

- Once we review your request, we’ll notify you if it’s approved.
- If approved, return the item within 14 days, and we'll issue store credit upon processing your return.
Note: Refunds will be given to the payment-initiated media itself.
Non-Returnable Items: Some items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:
- Gift cards
- Sale items
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds, and shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a store credit, depending on your preference and product availability.
Return Shipping You are responsible for shipping costs on returns, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
Processing Time Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 7 business days after we receive your returned item. Please note that, depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
